People who have followed SPC would know that the chinese tried to buy SPC way back before CAO crashed. SPC's share of the oil refinery with infrastructure and port in place, already makes it worth much more than $2.00, which was a fire-sale price. In the end, if you bot yr SPC at near $2.00, it was a fabulous gain within that timeframe. For myself, I started buying near $2.00 and pyramided up using margin, making over 300% of my original capital. I made around S$500K in abt 3 months. Who dares wins.
